At Maalhaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your beauty products, here's our refund policy:
Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if product is damaged/defective)
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product is defective)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
