Delivery Time:
For deliveries within Pakistan, orders typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Delivery Charges:
A flat delivery charge of PKR 250 applies for shipments within Pakistan. International shipping charges vary based on location and are not included in the online checkout.

International Orders:
To place an international order, please contact us directly via WhatsApp. Our team will assist you with the order process, shipping costs, and payment details.

Shipping Partners:
We use trusted courier services to ensure your parcel is delivered safely and on time. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, we will assist you in resolving any issues.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel online.

Delivery Issues:
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as applicable.
