1. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 4 working days.
- Delivery time may vary based on your location and public holidays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances, but we will fully cooperate to resolve any issues.
2. Returns & Refunds
We offer returns or refunds only in the following cases:
- If the parcel is damaged upon delivery
- If the parcel does not arrive
To process a return or refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Provide a clear photo or video of the damage as proof.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund via your selected payment method.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like “change of mind” or opened/used products due to hygiene concerns.

- Customers have the option to create an account on our website to track orders and save shipping details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
